Pug Information Characteristics





























Feeding of Pug`s puppy:
- 1 - 2 months - 6 feedings a day
- 2 - 4 months - 5 feedings a day
- 4 - 6 months - 4 feedings
- 6 - 12 months - 3 meals
- After 1 year of rapid growth and metabolism of the dog, an adult pug eats 2 times a day.
There are two types of feeding: home food or dry food for dog. The main rule, never mix both types of feeding.
Helpful products for Pug:
- Lean meat (turkey, rabbit, beef, and venison) cut off any fat from the meat or offal
- Chicken, is a strong allergen, so be careful adding it to complementary feeding
- Cereals (brown rice)
- Vegetables
- Fruit
- Greenery
- Sea fish (without bones)
- Offal (kidney, stomach, tripe) cooked or parboiled
- Dairy products (yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese)

- Oatmeal (puppies sometimes have problems with the gastrointestinal tract)
